I need advice on my situation:

I am a GC holder and my fiance is on H1. The H1 is due to expire in September'04. In the meantime, my fiance has been laid off and the last day of work is in Feb '04.
What are our options to remain in the US?

Your fiance has no options but to get another H1 with a new employer. Her options are not tied in any way to your GC. Even if you get married, she will have to wait for several years before she can get GC. She can also try (short term) visitor status.
