Dear all,
I am now deputed by my company on L1A visa and i am getting married in January -2006. My Visa is expiring on Dec, but i have a Valid Petition and I-94 for next three years.
I want to know how to apply for stamping for my fiancé, do i need to wait till we get married in January and need to take an appointment for her?? Or Can I take the appointment for both of us now ?? And What are all the forms required??
