Hi,

My EAD and AP will expire in January 2004. When should I apply for a renewal? What are the documents required?

vsc is taking 2-3 monmths for ead renewal right now. It may change when your time comes. So it's better you apply in sep-oct time frame.

you better apply in end of september. Download the forms from BCIS website and read the instructions. They will tell you what documents are required.

They are allowing it 6months in advance. YOu already lost 1 month!

I thought I recently saw somewhere that VSC is prohibiting you apply EAD/AP three months earlier than the expire date
to save workload
