Hello, I’m US citizen and I want to adopt the child of my sister so do I need to hire agency to bring Child to US or I can just fill up I -130 and do it everything on my own any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
 
Suggest you use an immigration lawyer that specializes in adoptions for immigration. Not every adoption automatically allows you to file an immigrant petition for the child and there have been cases where people have legally adopted a child in another country but not been able to bring them to the US.
