I am Moroccan aged 29 years, my mother filed a Petion for me with that green card; date 24/02/2005 category F2B
Month 9 / 2008 now my mom is U.S. citizenship, they display a Category préference F1 unmaried son of U.S. citizen, it's now 4 years and 3 months, how long will I'll wait? thank you

but am not in mexico or india ;last years just seven people take visa in this category f1 in morocco
 
It's 2002 now in PD. Yours is 2005. Which means about 3 years. If the speed will be the same (2 month every month) - OK, then 1.5 years, but for last couple years the speed was 2 weeks/month, it just increased this Fall (I bet due to economy).

Actually mexico or filippines, but in any case it doesn't matter. You are in category "all other countries" (with PD 08NOV02 from Visa Bulletin). From my country I believe was only 5 people or so for the last several years, so what? I still have to wait in line.
