Dear All,

Can anyone please give me any information about the company called marlabs. Is it having a good standing with USCIS, INS ? Are there people who have had problems with the H1B stamping while being with marlabs ?

Any information is welcome.

I would highly appreciate your responses. Thanks in advance.

Regarding Marlabs

Hi,

I am an employee of marlabs, and I did not see any problem till now. Also, all of my friends' H1 visas are approved and also many of them got stamped too.

So you can join it if you want.

If you want to contact me , my cell number is 410-804-0291.

Thanks,
Darshan

I have worked for Marlabs too and greatly regret doing so. My suggestion is to avoid this company and not to jeopardize your career.

I would suggest everyone to avoid marlabs if they could..i've been working with these guys since last 3 years and am totally frustrated...they screwed on my GC application and their marketing is the worst... they just do the favor for a few selected ones (majority of the people are mallus)...they just sound good initially but reality is not the same...

Marlabs is the worst company to consider. bad people from top level to low level. you will surely get screwed there if you join.

Marlabs was good to me

I won't say if it is good or bad and it is for you to decide but my experience with Marlabs would make me brand them as professionals. They have a good system in place to take care of the periodic stuff and with minimal support staff, they run an excellent show.

You are pretty much on your own when it comes to placements. If you don't have good contacts that can find you a project, then it may not be the place for you. They do have a marketing team but the focus is more on projects and outsourcing.

They do promise a green card and are good with their word provided they see some long term return from you(at least 2 to 3 years). This expectation for a commitment is understandable given the nature of the consulting business where migration of flocks is rampant.

Unlike many other shops out there, they do not promise something that they can't do. They are honest upfront and also try to explain their stance clearly.

They pay salaries and bonus/commissions on time every time. I have to agree that they charge a bit more then other shops out there that promise more. I did not mind parting with a few extra money for the services that they provided.

I have heard bad things about them but I think it also has to do with some consultants that are hard to deal with.

I would recommend this place to anyone that believes and understand that quality comes with a price.

I am no longer working for them and hence not sure if anything changed after I left though I am not inclined to think that way.

Hope this helps.
