My 485 case (EB1-OR) PD is Nov. 2004. I got my thrid time FP done in June (Code 1, because the FP done before was expired after 15 months). Last week (July), I called the 1-800 number and asked the status of my case. I was told, "no information is available for my case. And, It will not be available until 60 days after my last FP".
Is this true? My understanding is that NSC people should be able to see the case status anytime. Why no information available until 60 days after the last FP?
Any experience and suggestion about what should I do next?
