My wifes EAD (efiled on 11/1/07) is still pending. No progress on status check. When I try to get infopass appoinment at hartford it just says that appointments are not available. Anyone able to get appointment in Hartford office for infopass?

Also any idea why they are not updating processing time data after 12/14/07?
