Hi,

I'm planning to go for Infopass appointment to discuss my case. I want to know the exact detailed status of my case and to know whether name check etc. is cleared or not. what option should i chose while booking infopass appointment. want to speak to immigration officer Or I have a question about my case?
 
I would go with "want to speak to immigration officer".
