InfoPass - what the @%&*#???

I've tried to make a passport stamping appointment on the InfoPass website, entered my zip-code, and that's what I've got right after:

At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later.

What the hell does it mean?! Do I have just to walk-in without an appointment? I live in NH, been in the local office for fingerprints, and the office seemed not so busy...
 
I've read in some other threads that you have to keep on trying the infopass system. Try often expecially during odd hours.

I had to keep trying all day on Saturday and Sunday, before I was able to schedule an appointment at around 10:00 pm on last Sunday. I guess thats all you can do...keep trying.
