I visited locan INS on May 20, asking my name check status. The lady told me name check was cleared... She mentioned she does not know why my case is not processed (seems she did not know the retrogression for certain countries)... She said she can send an inquiry for me..
around June 16, I got a Lud on i-140 but no on i-485. today, i received the FP (3rd) date 6/19/07. So i can tell the LUD is for the fp, but the messeage on the web remained same... the people who are waiting for FP can try info pass and see whether it will bring you the waiting FP notice... At least it worked on my case.
