Infopass site down - interim EAD options?

Our EAD cards expire on April 10 and our 90 days become up on April 8th. We want to go for an interim EAD appmt but the infopass system seems to take us back to the first page when we click on the make your appmt link. It used to work till Thursday only then Cherry Hill was showing no appointments available, now we have been trying since 3-4 days. Our local center is Cherry Hill , NJ. Is anyone having any luck making the infopass appmt ? What happens if we dont get the appmt , are walk-ins still allowed? I also called bcis and he seemed surprised and said the system is up as far as he is concerned but refused to let me make a appmt for the local appmt.


Also if we dont get an interim EAD on time what are our options :
1. can we work with the receipt ;
2. do we need to go on unpaid leave of absense or
3. does both our employment needs to be terminated?

questions on ead

i lost the track of my ead expiry date (since it is the 4th one) and now i am in trouble...let me know what are my options...

my ead will expire on may 15th ...i applied on march 28th...there is no way i will get approved...so since it is less than 90 days...can i get interim-ead?? if i do not get it does it even matter if i continue the job???
