I tried to make an infopass appointment but I received a message from windows saying that the website is not secure to send any kind of information. What should I do?? Is this normal????

These might be the reason why it is saying that.
1. if you are useing wireless network which is unsecured to correct this problem make it a secured network or if you are useing public internet connection then you will get this message too.
2. turn on your ssl to high in Internet explorer that makes it secured.
3 the best option in IE Tools--> internet option--> security--> Default level reduce it to medium or low this will solve your problem.
