You can choose any date and time from their calender. once you go to 2nd or 3rd window while making an appointment for infopass you wll see the calender.

It's not a particularly user friendly interface, but it shows which dates have appointments available and then, what times are available for a chosen date.

You can enter all your information and then browse around without actually making an appointment.
