Infopass Problem

Hi, I'd need somebody advice on how to set-up an infopass.
For background I am EB3 Row, Jan 2003 PD, applied for 485 in May 9th 2007 to TSC, Lud May 12th 2007, Bio/FP Jun 9th 2007.

I am now wondering if I am part of these lucky pre-adjucated cases, so I tried to use the infopass but once I enter all my info the online agenda doesn't work !!!!!! all dates are in grey and the javascript appears messed up !!!

Same way when I call the 1800 number, I get into a loophole with the automated answering machine and cannot talk to a representative !!!!!

Did anybody in this forum managed to set up an infopass or talk to someone in TSC (Dallas) ?

thks for your inputs
Cheers

Preadjudicated cases are those that have been pending for a long time and had all the processing complete but couldn't be approved due to retrogression. Your case is not one of them. When you initially file your case, it is normal to get LUDs in the first month or two while they do the initial data entry and verify that your case can proceed.

Since your I-485 was just applied for in May 2007, there is less than a 0.1% chance it will be approved by this month. I-485s usually take at least six months to be processed and many people have been waiting 2 or more years. Just relax until at least November or December before you even think of getting approval. And it may take much longer (months or years) than that. Infopass will be a waste of time at this point.

Thks Jacko

Hi buddy, I saw U had similar timing as mine & got cleared recently though Ur 485 was submitted before retro hit. I believe Ur correct in assessing my chances :( since unlike U I still have to clear name checkS.

Yet I'm trying to be proactive cuz I got some job opportunities arrising & a few weeks or months would be VERY beneficial. Also a very few ROW cases were approved in 2 months http://www.trackitt.com/discuss/485eb/17703753/
)

Infopass won't hurt, can tell me if they managed to make infopass work and/or which sequence of number to dial to get through a when calling 1800?

Merci encore

I know that approval in two months can happen, but that is the rare exception and not something to be expected. As you can see, that I-485 case was processed 339 days faster than average.

What are you expecting to gain from Infopass? Your online case status will show when you have been approved, and the Infopass isn't going to prompt them to work any faster on your case because it is still so new. At most you might find out if your name check is cleared.

Well, I had similar case status like yours.
Indeed, there are some reported a quick approval for May filing. But, in general, the 60K lucky ones are those who had filed at least more than 180x days.

Good luck, please keep us posted with your infopass session.
