Infopass Problem, Help Needed

I am trying to access infopass, my zipcode is 07869 but I am getting this message

"At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later"


I tried changing zip codes to 11201(NY) still getting the same message

Any idea what's the issue ??
