Infopass-Louisville office

We received emails regarding 485 approvals :) on thursday (FINALLY...) . Since friday we have been trying to make appointment at the louisville office for passport stamping using the infopass. But we keep getting the message 'no information appointments are available at this timein your area..'

has anyone gotten such a message/experience? is it difficult to get appointments at louisville office for PP??

I was also getting the same message but finally I was able to made the appointment. So, the key is you have to try serval time, if it still dose not work then try differnt time of the day.
