I just want to see if anyone has had the same situation.
I went to Infopass today for my I-485 name check pending issue. The Immigration officer looked up on her computer and told me that the latest activity on my name check was on September 28th, which is about 2 weeks ago. She told me that it is good news because this shows FBI is doing something with my name check. However, she was not able to tell me what it was.
Has anyone had similar situation? Waht does this mean? What could happened next?
