Infopass for getting FP1 at Boston

I am planning to take an infopass appointment at Boston and ask the immigration official whether he can take my FP1.

When I called the Customer support they said that FP1 being issued for Sept 2002 cases and wait for my FP1.

As per various postings we know that beyond July 2003 cases are also getting approval.

Please let me know whether this plan is workable?
Anyone tried this?

hi,
are u saying that u ahvent yet received any FP notices? dont know whether u can go without(i am thinking u cannot). but u dont need infopass for that whenever u go, we did both our FP on a saturday(not on the date they said on the notice). go there in the afternoon on any saturday, we usually reached around 2 and they take u in without any appt. for out FP2 it took us only 30 mins to get it done.

By the way, What is this InfoPass ?

The reason why I am asking is, myself and my wife have FP1 appointment scheduled on 10/19 1:00 PM

Do we need to take any appointment using InfoPass for FP1

You don't need infopass appt for FP. That is only needed for Passport Stamping after your 485 approval.

We did not receive any FP1 notice yet.

Without a FP1 notice I am wondering whether we can go to the Boston office and try to give it as so many cases after our ND (Jul 2003) already completed FP1 and FP2.

Hi annair73,

I am from Boston also. I recently got my FP1 scheduled for 11/19/2004. Can I go for early FP in Boston office and is that saturday is open for FP??

Please reply back ASAP.

What's the address for Boston ASC? My wife is working in Boston but they sent her FP notice at my address in Philly. Can she go for FP in Boston? And does she need an infopass appt for that or just walk in?
