I tried to use infopass web to make an appointment to have my passport stamped. But it alwasy says "At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later." What does it mean? Thanks!
 
Try a different option "Speak to immigration officer..". I did the same thing and got my passport stamped. We had only one appmt for my wife. At the time of stamping my wife mentioned to the officer that I too had an appointment for next day for stamping and hence I was waiting outside. The officer was very kind and asked my wife If I had all the documents with me and then she even came out to the entrance to get me inside for stamping. This was at DC local office. DC office is allowing family members for stamping even with one appmnt.

Thank you very much for the reply! I am in DC too :) Did you go to the Washington District Office in fairfax? It's the only option when I enter my zip code.

I think what I've heard on this forum before is that this site is busy during peak hours, so try during off-peak hours. I'm not sure if you get the same message for busy times though. I tried at night (around 10 p.m.) and got appointments in the first shot.

Yes, Its Washington District Office in fairfax. Also try getting for an appointment between 5:30 and 8:30.
