Recently you know I posted a question as I am planning to go to India in Aug

Now as I am still concerned about my case, I went to Newark,NJ for an infopass appointment. IO was inside the counter(an old man) and he looked in the computer and said security check is pending. Check in September if not done he said.
My PD is May 2002 and 485 filed in June 2005. VSC to TSC xfer in March.
I got FP in May 07 code 3. No LUD after March
Husband FP code 1 in May 07. LUD in May 15.
Does this mean all code 3 in May , security check is pending?
Now as security check is penidng now is it safe to go to India in August hoping nothing will move by that?
