Infopass exp at Chicago DO

Anyone had infopass experience at Chicago DO? I am planning to go to Chicago DO using Infopass to check the status of IL for my N-400 application. Even though my case is very simple and straight forward, for some unknown reason, my case got stuck after FP. Calls to USCIS gave some updated information but no reason for delay. Does the local infopass official have any useful information at all and if they do, do they have the ability to help the applicants. Somehow I couldn't erase the impression that the Infopass system is just as helpless as the 800 number 1st tier representatives. Any advice is appreciated.

I do not get the impression the case is stuck after FP since you received YL after FP. It is just that Chicago seems to be slow.

Unfortunately YL doesn't help with attending the interview. Also, many folks who filed around the same time as mine and also, few who filed almost a month after me either got their interview letters long back or finished interviews already. The answer I got from 800 folks indicate it could take another 2 months before I see IL, forget the interview. That isn't the latest timeline for any DO, including Chicago.
