Infopass:Does your sponser have to come to ur appointment?

Hi,

First of all, sorry for posting two threads but im really getting nervous and stuff with my case (like everyone else lol). Ok so Im going to give it a week and then im going to schedule an Infopass about my "Request of more evidence" letter not coming in (it's been almost 3 months) and all the 1-800 number does is they keep resending it and resending it over and over again.

My queston is, Does my sponser have to come to the Infopass Appointment? cause my Step-dad works during their business hours so its hard for him to go to the appointment, would it be a problem?

Also, I really wish someone would help me with the Advance Parole thread thats if someone can lol.

No, your sponsor doesn't have to. At least in my case, I had an InfoPass appointment and my wife didn't come with me.
