Infopass Cancellation

Guys,
I have to cancel my Infopass appointment, but unfortunately i do not have the confirmation number. If i don't show up on the date of my appointment automatically cancel it or do i have to call them..
Please advise

try to make a new appointment again with the same details,
it will pull your original appointment and you will the original confirmation number
