InfoPass apptt at Atlanta Office

Has anybody tried to schedule himself/herself for an infopass appointment in Atlanta office latey. I tried doing that the other day and the option to meet or speak to an officer is no longer available. Has anybody experienced that or is it just me?

I did schedule an appt few days back for my wife. The screen has changed a bit but option was there. You have to choose "You need information or other services" on the screen.
