infopass appointment?

Hello all,

do you need to open a service request first to create infopass appointment? On the their web site it says "you must bring SR # with you for the infopass appointment".

Any experience with creating an infopass without service request or it's a bad idea?

No you don't need a SR first. Select option #3 on the previous step instead.
