Do we have to fill up any forms when we go to stamping after i485 is approved.
If so, what does the form contain..

2)So they ask any questions before stamping, if so what type of questions.

3)If we have changed the company then do we have to take the offer letter with us , do they ask for it?

Last Monday we got our passport stamps. We didn't fill any forms. It was very staraight forward process and the officer didn't ask any questions. The only things she asked were our EADs, APs and the approval notices.
