I am on a 3 months project far from my home address. Can I go to a USCIS local office near where I work?

Did they ask you guys anything when you visited them - drivers license etc?

Yes you can go to a USCIS office close to where you currently are. Once you take an appointment to the USCIS office there will be a receipt (which you will have to print) and on that receipt it has all the things that you need to carry for the Infopass appt.

I took the following :
1. Drivers License
2. I-485 Notice (for they require the A#)
3. EAD cards
