Infopass appointment question

I received an notice in mail from NSC that my wife's case has been transferred to Fairfax local office from NSC. Seeing the retrogression we decided to buy a house and move to Maryland. To make sure that my address gets updated in file as of MD address, I was adviced by someone from this forum to go to the local office and send form AR-11 and also mail a form AR-11 to NSC.
To make an infopass appointment do I need to make the appointment in my wife's name. Since I am the primary applicant can I make the appointment and file 2 AR-11 forms both for me as well as for my wife at Fairfax office.

I haven't received any official notice that my case has been transferred to local office. Although I suspect they will transfer my case to local office as well.

Thanks a lot!!

Don't know if it's a universal rule, but when I was at the local office, they said they only handle one case per infopass appointment; furthermore, the person involved in the case has to be there in order to process the request. This may not be ture at other local offices. Also, it may not apply to simple requests such as address change. FYI.

i took an infopass appointment...i had to spend almost half a day for a simple query that can be done over the phone waiting for 30 minutes.. i thought when the give you appointment...you show up 10 mins before that time and you will be out of there in 30 miutes after your appointment time.
but i was in for a rude shock as they had everyone sit and wait in a huge hall and numbers were called....unless absolutely necessary i would not go for an infopass....
