Infopass appointment Newark

My husbanfd went in for an infopass appt. to enquire about our case(see signature)He was told our interviews have been scheduled on Sept 2nd itself. But we have recieved no notice so far. What can we do? We want to be sure its not getting lost in the mail , since we moved twice after applying and our second FP notice cam eafter 40 days of posting.Any advice??

Your interview scheduled?

If your interview was scheduled already, didn't you ask the IIO in newark about when is it scheduled for and so far I haven't received anything, so can you re-send me the notice? Or something to that effect? Were they rude or cooperative? My attorney told me, taking InfoPass appointment for stuats inquiry is considered waste of their time and they don't like it. But I am also considering to make a trip? Could you please elaborate the experience please.
 
I am also afraid of the same thing. Our FP notice reached us a day later and we could request and get it done. But for interview if we receive the letter after it is over I am not even sure whom to ask. To get into Newark we need to have infopass, and can we tell them to reschedule an interview? Do they acknowledge our request?

If someone gets an interview date of say 2/5/2005, and wishes to re-schedule, is it possible to do so? I am planning to file CP, but problem is my wife is studying, and we cannot take a 3-4 week vacation in the middle of the semester. If we get an interviewe by say April 05, we would like to re-schedule it for jun or july? Will they accomodate? Anybody with any experience of this kind?
