Infopass appointment, could not print

Please help.

My 485 is approved. I got infopass appointment, but could not print it from site. But I copied the page into MS-word, including barcode. Will they accept it as an appointment letter?

Or is there a way to print the appointment now?

Any information or link?

Are you printing at work?

May be you are printing it at work. I have read somewhere the infopass appt will not print if you do it in a firewall situation.

But I printed from work only no probelms in printing , but in between the 3 appts need to wait for 30 mins or so.

Yes, I'm trying to print at work place.

One of my friend says, my word document would be good enough to get into the building. So I'm going to use that.
