I applied for an expedited RTD. I used express mail and included 2 expressmail envelopes for return. I have not received any response or NOA and its been 3 weeks.
Would scheduling an INFOPASS appointment help. I mailed I-131 to the Nebraska service center, but the INFOPASS appt will be at my local USCIS branch.
Should I just wait and see what happens. I have 3 more weeks before the date I'd like to travel but need to get transit visas, book ticket etc.
Any thoughts?
