Infopass and Criteria

Hi,

Does anyone know what I need to indicate in written or spoken in my infopass meeting, requesting expedite? I've just had an accident (=two totalled cars; not my fault!) and may use this as a reason since I will have medical expenses, but I'm not sure how this can be applied to humanitarian situation. I also can't work and make any money, and my husband is not in a situation to help me. (educational debt payments, credit cards, etc.) And can use this for financial loss reason maybe. But again, I'm not sure how. Could anyone who knows more about these in details (not merely the expedite guidelines from USCIS page) share their insight here? I need to prepare the necessary documents/evidence for this before my meeting this week.

Thanks in advance

What is the background of your case? Who is sponsoring who for a green card? What humanitarian exception are you seeking ... are you unable to attend the interview because of your injuries? Otherwise, why do you think your accident has any relevance to whatever immigration process you are pursuing?

Thank you, Jackolantern, for the questions.

I'm married to US citizen, and applied for green card and work permit late June. My husband is sponsoring.

Due to the accident, I wll have to have extra x-rays and 12 physical therapy sessions considering the 'soft muscle' issues. Can I use this issue for expedition? how?

My previous employer (on TN visa before) is still interested in me, and I can get a letter from her indicating that job offer for a limited time. Again, do you think this can work?

If I want to claim financial loss what exactly should I show them?

Thanks again,
