I have a Canadian PR Card. I have stayed in the US for 21/2 years. For 2 years i have been working for a company which has its headquarters in US but has a sister company in Canada ( same owners). So since I do not want to lose the PR card ( waiting to file 485) i will be going to canada in December. I have 2 questions
. Since I have a valid H1 can i continue to receive my salary in the US. I will be using a friends address here. Anyone thought about tax implications ?
. If I dont receive my salary here then can i get back into US let us 2 years from now or whenever im able to file 485 and then get my TD/AP and go out ? Would this be a problem since im not getting any salary ?
