To all gurus,

Brief Background -

Labor substitute, EB3 category filed concurrently (I140/I485/EAD/AP), ND is 07/22/2004, RD is 07/26/2004, I140 cleared.

Question is, since I have filed concurrently, can I use AC-21 to join my client in Feb-05 (since I140 has cleared and I-485 will be pending for 6 months by the end of Jan-05)?
