Info Required about H type Visa's

Hello ,

I'm currently living in Turkey and i've been to USA before with a tourist visa only. Currently a company in Los Angeles wants me to move there to work with them. I am married and have a 2.5 year old daughter. What kind of visa should i obtain which can suit me and my family ?

My expertise is on programming
 
H1B visa would give non immigrant temporary worker status. The company would sponsor the visa for you. You can work in USA upto 6 years witht han visa. Then renew it after that.
