Hi,

Need some information regarding Consular processing, my Labor and I-140 approved and waiting for visa dates, currently i am working with one the multinational company in USA and got my Labor and I-140 cleared and i got 3 years extension (after 6years). Due to some office reasons i will be traveling lot this year say 3 months in India and 1month in USA,(this will continue until Jan 2012), so question is can i go to India Consulate and attend GC processing once Visa dates current? What should i do? What are the options available?Please help me

don't worry about consular processing. just do Adjustment of Status with form I-485. When it is approved and the green card is mailed to your address in the USA, have the card sent from your house to wherever you are in the world. Then when you return to the USA, just use your green card to enter.
