Once your LC is approved, your employer can file form I140 and you can file concurrently form I485 (adjustment) and AP.
You can find the processing times for AP on the USCIS website. This however requires a couple of things:
- the employer has to be legit. If they have current trouble with USCIS for fraudulent applications, the I140 could be placed 'on hold' which wouldn't allow you to obtain AP.
- you cannot be in a backlogged category (currently EB3 from india/china). You would not be able to file I485 then.
So, unless your application falls into one of these categories, you should be able to get AP within a couple of months after LC approval and I140/I485 filing.
