Guys, How can I obtain a info pass? please help
I wanted to go tomorrow to my DO to check on my status. However, when i tried to do it online, I selected
"You need Service on a case that has already been filed "

then
second page has the following four, the last option looks closer to my case, but i do not have ID Number related to my inquiry .

Order from Immigration Court - If you were directed to us for processing based on an order from the Immigration Judge. You must bring all documents required in the post order instructions given to you by the court.


Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing.


EAD inquiry appointment - If your I-765 employment authorization application has been pending for more than 90 days.


Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment.

choose the last option about the status dates
go through the series of questions and put in all your info.
it will direct you step by step
 
That's what I am doing, I guess they are experiencing some difficulties, after the screen where I enter my info. i get page cannot be displayed. I will try in a little while.

okay it should be working...but it maybe down for now...

you are doing the right steps though...so keep trying.
