Didn't I tell you that they are useless in DO info pass????
I scheduled an appointment with info pass as every body suggested here. I went they are told here about the whole scenario with my interview and that I-130 was not approved yet, and that's why I was approved by the interviewer but not officially.
She told me, if your I-130 was not approved, that you are not Approved.
I told her that this is totally understandable, but that what the interviewer told me.
Long story short, she refused to schedule an appointment with the IO who interviewed me, and she said 2 weeks are not enough.
She said : "This IO is a very good one, and he always on the top of the cases, so you are lucky bec you got interviewed with this officer."
The final decision was to wait about 30-45 days and check back with them if I didn't get any update.
They never helped other than predecting that they are the LAW.
