My wife didn't get FP notice yet. She filed her application with TSC on middle of August. She has called the USCIS 800 number and they told that they haven't send any FP notice. She has done it 3 times. Now my question is if she takes an InfoPass and talk to INS officer then can she get more accurate answer about her FP notice?
 
They usually have better info than the 800 #, provided the officer at the window is willing to do a search.

It does not hurt to try.
 
I am facing the same situation. I filed at VSC in June. The 800 number was of no help, as they cannot access case information. I took an Infopass and found out that the FP notice still has not been sent. Although there is nothing I can do about that, it at least eliminated the possibility that the notice was sent and got lost in the mail. They told me I just have to wait. I have been waiting close to 6 months...
