Info on "Intent to Deny"

Hi,

Some employees @ our work place received "Intent to Deny" responses from
the INS..(because the company had posted losses in 4 of the prev 5 yrs),
but some were approved. What is the basis for the denials and approvals
since they both together don\'t make sense since they were similar applns
from the same company..

Different people adjudicating the cases

You get different results from very similar cases sometimes. Adjudicating officers have some discretion and different people see things differently.
