Info on Photo studio in Bay area

Hi,
I think u all live in Bay area.Can u pls tell me where I can take the photo with the given specification.I tried in KINKOS,walgreens and other local studio's.But they all said that they dont carry the necessary stuff to take photo in the given dimensions.Can somebody tell me where I can find a studio that take photo with this specification in Bay area?

Where did u get the fingerprinting from? Did u request the card from the FBI / did u get it from else where? Do u know if finger print card and fingerprinting in UPS Store is accepted?

Do I have to send the Police crt during the first stage of application submission itself or later? How did u do it?

You can go to mailboxes etc for finger printing, depending on the city you can get the card from a police station or directly get it from the FBI office, you can get the finger prints at the beginning but if the processing takes too long they might expire so then it might be better to get it when they ask for it so that they are current
 
It is toughh for those in States to get required pictures for immigration to Canada but make sure that you get correct pictures otherwise your application may be returned to you.
If you were in Canada all you have to ask is for PR pictures and all photographs know what that means.
Regarding sending FBI with application or waiting for request, I would suggest sending with application because you buy yourself at least 3-6 months waiting time.
Requesting FBI clearance report is serious matter and when obtaining fingerprints make sure that you go to professional. If you prints are not good your request will be returned to you. But then again it will not be returned right away, you might find out within 4-6 weeks that fingerprints are not good. FBI is really busy too.
Go to fingerprinting agency to get fingerprints done professionally and they will also have FBI fingerprinting card that is different then others.
