Info on H4 extension

Hi Rajiv Ji

I wanted to ask you, I am on my H4 visa, which is valid till 2025 Aug 29th, My husband and I applied for mine and his H4 and H1B extension. His H1B was approved, and my H4 is still pending, and I have received a receipt notice on April 2 2025. But due to a health emergency, I have to travel to India on 29th April 2025 and I have entered usa on 18th June 2025. Upon entry, I have received an updated i94. Will my H4 visa, which is in process of extension process will be affected by this new I-94. If so, what should I do?

Your pending Extension of Stay was automatically abandoned when you left the US (since your stay ended, so there was nothing to "extend" anymore). You were admitted for a new stay when you re-entered the US on your visa.
