if a GC holder marries someone out of US and files i130. lets say i130 gets approved and date becomes current, does the girl gets full 10 year GC or is it a conditional GC of 2 year ?

also is there any other proper way to bring her faster rather than waiting for 3 years ?

If at least 2 years of marriage have been completed by the end of the process when the GC is granted, it will be a 10-year card.
