Info needed

First of all, hello to everyone;

I have been lurking in here for a while, looking around and I must say that you guys got pretty interesting forum going.
Anyways, I would like to ask couple of questions...(i gues everyone does in here) so here it goes:
1) Let's say that i am a GC Lottery winner; what would be the procedure from day (1) that I receive the congrats papers up until I get the actual plastic GC.( I know you might say ..."do a search", but I did and cannot find actual thread describing just that.Please anyone, can you write it here or give me a link on the forum thread that I had missed perhaps.

2) You are supposed to send some documents to KCC as well as bring some documents with you to the embassy?(I assume) for interview.Do these papers need to be all translated to english?(my native language is Slovakian)
What would all those documents be? I catched sofar: Birth Certificate,High School diploma and "criminal record"? well, not sure about the last one.

Please all you guys that know answers to these..........let me know
