Are you ppl getting 140 approvals at the same speed as it used to be 2 weeks back, 4 weeks back and 6 weeks back? I am trying to find out if there is any change in approval patterns in recent times.

Yes this looks like Ohata memo implementation. However there is a 2 day difference in 140 and 485 which may mean that they were handled by different officers so it can be a coincidence too.
Looks like VSC is the only center showing some activity on Ohata memo. What about TSC or other centers ?

Don't expect too much from TSC. Backlog at TSC are no where comparable to CSC/NSC/VSC. Even if same procedures are implemented in TSC, it would take atleast 9 months for them to synchronize with other service centers.
I have been tracking my Labor Certification for 3 years (approx) and compare with TSC processing times. Based on my understanding it should take another 4 months to clear all applications submitted by people under 245(i) law(illegal immigrations applications).
I still hope things get improved at TSC.
