I was on H1B , My employer sponsored me for GC under EB1 Category.
Now i have work authorization and I 140 and I 485 are in process.
My labour certification was applied on March 2001 before the deadline date of I245 that was April 30, 2001.
I need to know that do i have any benefit or advantage of that or
it has nothing to do with my case.
