Hi guys,
I have filed my I-485 in TSC and relocated to NW indiana (NSC) recently. Both myself and my wife received the FP notice from local INS office (HAMMOND IN) yesterday. I think moving from TSC region to NSC region caused the early FP notice. Here are my questions to you gurus.
1) what are the docs need for FP? Emp verfication letter and passport is enough? I havent change the TX driver's licence to indiana licence yet. Do i need to have the driver's license with current address?
2) what are the docs needed for my wife. she is not working. Do i need to take the lease agreement things like that.
3) Also, i am not getting the salaray what is mentioned in my labor. I am getting 10% less than that. Will it create a problem
if they mentioned the current salary in the emp letter?
4) do i need to submit any recent paystubs? My comp name is changed and i have not filed any amendment since the company lawyer told that the the amendment is not needed. I have filed the 485 in old name and getting paychecks in new comp name.
