I have been following the comments from experts here.
I am planning to marry a girl who is presently on L1 (valid until Feb 24). I am currently on H1B visa and in the process of I485 waiting (I-140 approved, EB2, PD 10/2005, India).
Since her status would expire on Feb 24, Will it be possible to file her H4 dependant visa immidiately after marriage (or there is some time frame). Also, since it may take some time in filling, is it possible to extend her stay based on fact that application is submitted to the office.
Also, since my 140 is approved, is it possible to file her 485 as well in future..if you could suggest any better or logical idea that would be nice.
